The mama of this sweet newborn girl wanted to keep things very simple for their session. Not interested in a lot of props she really just wanted to focus on the beauty of her baby girl. And can you blame her? She was such a doll. We kept with a very light and girly color scheme, rotated a lot of headbands and just kept things very simple. I couldn’t believe how good she did, especially when mama told me she had a broken collarbone. 🙁 We really listened to baby girl and didn’t push her to do things that made her uncomfortable. Babies safety is most important to me and you can feel confident knowing that when selecting your photographer.

Check out this little sweetie. Isla came to visit me for her newborn session after I contacted her mama, Jackie, and set up a shoot. I’ve been following along on Jackie’s instagram for awhile and she is just one gorgeous lady. Her fashion sense is on point and her blog is beautiful. If our third had been a girl I would have totally used that. How sweet is she cuddling that tiny teddy? This baby girl was such a sweetheart during her newborn session. I love sourcing newborn props for my sessions from vendors all over the world. You’ll never have to worry about bringing any items to your baby’s photoshoot as I provide every color prop of the rainbow. Notice the photo with baby girl wrapped in the crate with the white fur. The owner, Holly, from the company I bought that fur from contacted me to ask if they could use that image for a show they’re going to be featured on in Wales! This beautiful baby girl came to my newborn studio to visit at 12 weeks old! Because she was born premature they had to wait awhile to take her out of the house. She did so great for me though. We got tons of beautiful sleepy shots and were even able to get some relaxed posing as shown in the first top left image. She was such a little doll. I’m always happy to accommodate babies of any age but newborns are usually best photographed before 10 days old.
